We are seeking an experienced DSE & Enablement Healthy Working Advisor to support employees across Ireland through high-quality assessments and enablement solutions.Location: Dublin (Onsite with client)Employer: EDPContract: Full-time, permanentYou will deliver DSE Healthy Working, Enablement, and New & Expectant Mother assessments, supporting employees with a wide range of health, ergonomic, and accessibility needs. This role involves a blend of remote delivery and on-site engagement, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct DSE Healthy Working and Enablement assessments in line with Irish health & safety legislationDeliver assessments remotely via video and in person as requiredIdentify risks, recommend ergonomic and reasonable adjustments, and document outcomes clearlyCase manage enablement support, including specialist referrals where appropriateProvide practical advice on workstation setup, comfort, and injury preventionLiaise with HR, Health & Safety, Office Operations, and Technology teamsSupport awareness of accessibility tools and inclusive working practicesManage workload effectively to meet agreed service levelsMaintain high standards of confidentiality and employee careAbout YouYou will be a confident advisor with a calm, empathetic approach and the ability to support employees with complex or sensitive needs.You'll bring:Strong knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation and DSE best practiceExperience delivering DSE Healthy Working assessments within a corporate settingFamiliarity with DSE assessment platforms (e.g. Cardinus or similar)Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailConfidence working independently while contributing to a wider teamProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word)DetailsThe role is a mix of home and office based supporting employees working across our client's Dublin officesICT equipment and training will be providedHours of work are 37.5 hours per week Monday to FridaySalaryThe Salary for this role is in the range €34,000 - €38,000 per annum depending on levels of experience and qualifications.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €34,000.00-€38,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionSick payWellness programWork from homeExperience:DSE assessment: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: In person
