Vice President – Transformation Office
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Overview
The Vice President will be a key member of the Foundational Platforms team within Citco's Transformation Office, responsible for designing and delivering work orchestration solutions.
The role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups across Business Units to optimize and digitize operational processes and deliver bottom-line results for Citco.
Responsibilities
Own the execution and timely delivery of multiple concurrent projects end-to-end.
Drive Citco's workflow strategy across Citco Fund Services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Fund Services, Banking, and Corporate Solutions to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
Monitor and optimize workflows to capture true task status and performance metrics, supporting operational excellence and SLA adherence.
Lead discussions with stakeholders to brainstorm solutions; gather requirements and assess feasibility.
Own and review solution design documents clearly articulating problem statements; As-is & To-be states; User Stories; Prototypes & Success Criteria.
Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from proposed solutions.
Perform or review all aspects of the project life cycle including scoping, analyzing, developing solutions, RAIDs, and delivering from execution to change implementation.
Work with senior stakeholders to rollout solutions to target teams/business units.
Review product backlog maintenance and grooming to ensure projects are managed effectively.
Establish best practices and industry standards when designing solutions.
Perform detailed risk analysis and reporting.
Mentor, coach and develop staff to perform successfully in their current roles and progress their careers.
Qualifications / About You
Bachelor degree in Management Studies, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
10+ years of experience leveraging agile project management to deliver multiple projects on time and in scope in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic mindset with a drive to creatively solve problems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly articulate requirements.
Ability to present solutions to diverse audiences in a consumable format.
Ability to multi-task and effectively manage competing priorities.
Confidence in leading requirements gathering sessions.
Experience using Confluence & JIRA to manage projects.
Experience creating process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, design documentation and wireframes (prototypes) to clearly communicate functional requirements.
Assets
Significant experience in the Financial Services industry.
Business Analysis certification.
Practical experience with Business Process Management / Workflow applications.
