We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Officer to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, screening candidates, and facilitating interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
* Coordinate onboarding and induction for new starters
* Provide first-line advice and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
* Handle employee relations matters such as grievances, absence management, and basic disciplinary issues
* Maintain and update employee records in line with GDPR and internal policy
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
* HR related third level qualification
* CIPD Level 3 (minimum)
* Proven HR experience with a focus on recruitment and exposure to employee relations issues
* Solid understanding and practical experience of Northern Ireland employment legislation
