Assistant Team Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Team Lead to join our team in Tramore, Waterford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in retail or hospitality to take on a key role within our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management team to oversee and ensure the smooth running of the club. They will deliver exceptional customer service, handle all customer queries efficiently, professionally, and consistently, and promote good communication between employees and management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in retail or hospitality, with strong planning and organizational skills. They will also have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be IT proficient with experience of working with Microsoft Word and Excel.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires someone who can motivate and lead their team, drive operational standards throughout the company, and engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working.

To succeed in this role you will need to be able to recruit, develop, lead, motivate, and retain your team. You will also need to complete club procedures and administration and ensure compliance with policies and practices.
