Key Activities On-Site Management: Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring all work aligns with project plans, schedules, and technical specifications. Engineering Accuracy: Set out site works using robotic total stations, GPS, and surveying tools. Interpret drawings and address technical challenges or design changes promptly. Subcontractor Coordination: Supervise trades and subcontractors, managing plant, labor, and materials to maintain peak workflow efficiency. Quality & Compliance: Conduct rigorous inspections to ensure construction adheres to technical drawings, Irish building regulations, and project standards. Safety Leadership: Manage site inductions, toolbox talks, and risk assessments to maintain a gold-standard safety culture. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities, providing detailed progress updates to the Project Manager. Education & Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
