HR Analyst Position
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an HR Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the management of people systems, producing insightful reports, and coordinating payroll.

About the Role
This is a brand-new position that plays a key part in supporting business operations through various tasks. You will report into the Group HR function and be responsible for maintaining the integrity of systems, delivering regular reports to senior leadership, and overseeing outsourced payroll activities.

Main Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end payroll preparation in collaboration with the Finance team and external providers, ensuring accurate input of data for starters, leavers, contractual changes, and benefits.
* Act as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries from employees and line managers, and assist with periodic in-house payroll refreshes.
* Maintain and update the HRIS and Learning & Development system, ensuring employee records are accurate and compliant.
* Generate regular reports on key HR metrics such as turnover, absence, and diversity, and produce monthly KPI dashboards for leadership.
* Liaise with system vendors to resolve technical issues, support audits, uphold data integrity, and ensure GDPR compliance.
* You will also collaborate with line managers to ensure timely and high-quality data updates.
* Support the wider HR team across onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and ongoing projects.
* Help improve administrative processes and ensure accurate maintenance of training records.
* Oversee the scheduling and recording of Performance Development Reviews at 6- and 12-month intervals.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with proven experience in a systems, data, or HR reporting role, ideally in a multi-site environment. You should be comfortable presenting reports and insights to senior stakeholders. Strong Excel and data handling skills, with exposure to HRIS and payroll systems, are essential. Excellent organisational and communication skills are also required. Previous exposure to payroll processes is preferred.
