Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out
INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for Job Title – Project Manager
Job Location – Dublin
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of high value commercial projects across Dublin City and the Greater Dublin area.Industry sectors include; healthcare, hospitality, hotels, offices and commercial refurb projects.
The Role:
* Successfully manage the delivery of multiple large scale commercial fitout projects from preconstruction stages through to handover to client.
* Develop, update and monitor the project program.
* Coordinate and monitor and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
* Work along the design team to plan works for new projects.
* Report to and support the Construction Director, Architect, Commercial Team and Clients.
* Direct and Manage personnel, site staff and subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops and plan actions.
* Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Project Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information.
* Oversee multiple projects at a time.
Requirements:
* Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification) is essential.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Contracts Manager/Senior Project Manager.
* Strong background in commercial fitout/internal works.
* Proven experience of overseeing high value projects from concept through to completion.
* Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
* Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
