Store Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in Blanchardstown. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team to achieve exceptional results.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have previous experience in store management within the beauty/fashion/jewellery/accessories market. You will be expected to support and motivate your team on a day-to-day basis to achieve targets by identifying opportunities to surpass key performance indicators (KPIs). A strong retail floor presence is essential, as well as ensuring back-of-house activities enable successful commercial execution.
