BIM Manager
Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategy and digital delivery frameworks.
* Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and best practice documentation
* Oversee the integration of AI technologies into BIM workflows to enhance design and delivery
* Manage and mentor BIM and project teams, setting goals and evaluating performance
* Develop and deliver staff training programmes to elevate digital competencies
* Write and maintain policy and procedural documentation for digital delivery
* Present digital strategies and project updates to clients and senior leadership
* Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to resolve design coordination issues
* Champion innovation in digital design processes and sustainability-driven solutions
Job Requirements:
* 5-7+ years' experience in BIM management or digital delivery roles within architecture or construction
* Deep knowledge of ISO 19650 processes and documentation
* Proven experience with multiple BIM platforms and Common Data Environments (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Dalux)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to write and implement strategic policy documentation
* Experience in staff development, training, and competency assessment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence in client-facing presentations and stakeholder engagement
* A passion for digital innovation, with experience embedding AI into BIM workflows
