Our client has a very healthy pipeline of building works with projects in the residential, healthcare and education areas. The successful Project Manager will have a real opportunity for career progression with this company with the next step on the road-map being Contracts Manager. The Role Lead the delivery of construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring targets are met across programme, budget, safety and quality: Manage day-to-day project delivery from pre-construction through to handover Coordinate design teams, subcontractors and site teams Monitor programme, resources, materials and project milestones Ensure compliance with H&S legislation and BCAR requirements Oversee quality control and project documentation Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management Identify risks and support value engineering throughout the project lifecycle The Person 5+ years' experience in a Project Management role in construction Background in construction or engineering projects Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Commercial awareness with ability to manage programme and risk Motivated, team-focused and career driven The Package €70,000 - €90,000 DOE Van + fuel card Private healthcare Pension Life insurance Laptop & phone Location: Cork Please contact Colin Freeman for more information Skills: project manager building construction residential commercial Benefits: pension healthcare vehicle
