Process payments, billing, and guest accounts with accuracy and attention to detail. Jump in where needed to support Food & Beverage servicebecause were all one crew. Ensure all safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are met and exceeded. Act as the shift manager when senior leaders are off duty, keeping things on track and under control.
