Accounts Receivable Team Leader – full time permanent role

Masterlink Group are looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Team Lead, based at our Head Office at Blarney Business Park, Blarney, Co.

· Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
· Oversee the AR team, allocate workload, conduct team meetings and provide guidance and support.
· Oversee bank reconciliation process, review reconciliations completed by the team.
· Review credit applications, manage customer accounts, monitor overdue accounts, and ensure effective follow-up strategies.
· Analysis Aged Debtors reports, implement strategies to improve productivity and accuracy and enforce AR policies.
· Coordinate with internal and external business partners, provide reports to management and act as a point of contact for escalated issues.
· Provide training and coaching to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
· Manage issues and provide feedback to team members.
· Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a team.
· Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop solutions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with team members, customers, management and other departments.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
· Solid understanding of AR processes and credit management principles.
Education and Experience
· Working knowledge of accounts & general accounting procedures
· Excellent excel skills
