Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned sales trainer to enhance our sales productivity in the AMER region. This role will involve designing, delivering, and continuously improving sales training programs for our field sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs for new hires and existing sales teams.
* Develop engaging content and facilitate Notion's Sales Boot Camp for all new hires in the AMER Sales & Success organization.
* Collaborate with sales leadership, product marketing, and revenue operations teams to surface insights and patterns observed.
* Lead high-quality certification programs to ensure AMER Sales & Success teams can deliver relevant messaging, develop outbound strategies, and conduct customer-centric meetings.
* Measure, monitor, and communicate enablement effectiveness using key business metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 6-10 years of enterprise SaaS sales enablement experience.
* 4+ years facilitating training programs.
* 2+ years building or scaling field enablement programs.
* 2+ years in a related field like L&D, RevOps, or Sales.
* Experience as an experienced facilitator who has owned, designed, and refined onboarding boot camps across diverse roles while maintaining relevance and engagement for all participants.
