1. Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation of menu items. Co-ordinate roster scheduling, labour costs, assist with recruitment, oversee staff productivity and performance.
2. Hire skilled personnel who share your passion for delivering outstanding food experiences while promoting positive work relationships with suppliers and other departments.
3. Maintain high standards by implementing HACCP efficiently, reducing waste while contributing to the company's sustainability initiatives through environmental projects like 'Green Team'. Develop team spirit among kitchen staff through regular communication via meetings, discussions & handovers.
