Trades & Labour Management Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Trades & Labour Manager to lead the recruitment and management of our on-site Trades & Labour personnel. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our Trades & Labour workforce, ensuring that they possess the necessary skillsets and training required to deliver exceptional results.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in providing Mechanical & Electrical Trades services for significant projects in Ireland and Europe. They should also have a solid grasp of construction site compliance and governance, as well as excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment of Trades & Labour personnel for Dornan projects
2. Ensuring all trades possess requisite skillsets and training requirements
3. Daily communication with Site Managers regarding project progress updates,
