The successful person will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's daily operations, assisting financial planners with client documentation, managing client records, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, energy, drive, and a client-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to Financial Planners and the Office Manager.
* Assist in preparing client reports and financial summaries.
* Maintain client files in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Track new client applications and follow up on outstanding documents.
* Office Coordination and Event Management: Manage office operations, coordinate internal meetings, and coordinate with external service providers.
* Manage office supplies, filing, and organise internal meetings.
* Coordinate with external service providers.
Skills and Qualifications
* Education: Leaving Certificate or equivalent; further qualifications in administration, business, finance, or a related field are advantageous. QFA desired.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, preferably within financial services.
* Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; familiarity with financial planning software is a plus.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Organisational: Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
* Interpersonal: Team player with a positive attitude and strong relationship-building skills.
* Problem-Solving: Proactive with a high level of initiative.
* Compliance: Understanding of financial services regulations in Ireland is desirable.
* Confidentiality: High level of discretion in handling sensitive information.
