I’m currently partnering with a large, complex organisation undergoing significant transformation to appoint a Head of HR Business Partnering into a high-impact leadership role supporting a major operational division.
This is a strategic yet very hands‑on role, partnering closely with senior leaders across a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment with a significant employee population.
The organisation is investing heavily in new ways of working, cultural alignment and leadership capability, making this a particularly exciting time to join.
This role reports to an experienced HR Director and offers strong visibility across the senior leadership team.
The Role
As a trusted People Partner, you will support senior stakeholders across operational business units, providing both strategic HR guidance and practical operational support.
Key areas of focus include:
Strategic Business Partnership
Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with operational priorities
Provide commercially focused HR advice within a fast-moving environment
Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
Lead complex ER cases and support a unionised workforce
Work closely with leaders to maintain strong employee relations and operational stability
Organisational Change
Support ongoing transformation and organisational change initiatives
Implement consistent HR policies, processes and ways of working
Leadership & Capability Development
Build management capability across operational teams
Partner with L&D to support training and leadership development
What They Are Looking For:
This role will suit an experienced HR professional who thrives in fast‑paced operational environments.
Key experience includes:
Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner within a multi‑site organisation
Strong ER / IR expertise, ideally within a unionised environment
Experience supporting logistics, supply chain or operational teams
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Most importantly, they are looking for someone with high energy, resilience and a proactive mindset — someone who enjoys being close to the business, solving problems quickly and operating at pace.
Hybrid working (3 days onsite)
Office is based in West Dublin
