Overview
Cpl HR recruitment are looking to speak with Senior HR candidates who may consider an 11 month contract in North Dublin.
The position will support a dynamic HR team who have a high-performance culture and in organisational growth.
This role involves partnering with senior leaders, driving engagement and talent strategies, and managing complex employee relations.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years HRBP experience with Irish employment law, strong stakeholder management skills, and a background in manufacturing or pharma.
Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to foster a high-performance, values-driven culture
Support organisational change initiatives and their people impacts
Coach leaders through complex employee relations matters
Contribute to HR projects aligned with strategic priorities
Provide HR analytics and process support to site leadership
Drive initiatives
Qualifications
Degree in HR or related field (CIPD desirable)
Knowledge of Irish/European employment law
Strong communication, coaching, and project management skills
Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and data analytics a plus
