We are looking for Full-time Cook/Chef for a busy kitchen in Letterkenny Co Donegal area.This position are ideal for those looking to bring their own creative flair to a well-established and successful operation.Duties and responsibilities will include:To prepare and cook food according to business requirements.To ensure that all areas of the kitchen are maintained to the standards required.To maintain a safe, hygienic and healthy working environment, maintain HACCP standards and ensure that all records are maintained on a daily basis.To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in all areas of the kitchen and food storage areas, such as machinery, equipment, floors and fridges.Must work well within a team.To ensure excellent lines of communication with Management.Ensure that orders are placed with suppliers on a daily basis or as required.Requirements in this role:Previous experience as a Chef/Cook/Deli CookMust be able to work on your own initiative and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Training in HACCP required.Excellent people skills and must be able to work as part of a team.Must have excellent organisational and communication skills.Have a good positive attitude.Own transport required.Help with Product Devlopment· Flexibility to work different shifts if required.Schedule:Full-time 4 to 5 day per weekShifts 7am to 3.45pm 10am to 645pmSunday to Saturday*Job Type: Part-timePay: €28,500.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:FlexitimeAbility to commute/relocate:Letterkenny, CO.
