Following our successful expansion into the UK market, we're looking for a proactive and technically skilled Systems Analyst to support the integration of our key software systems and ensure our digital infrastructure aligns with our operational goals in both jurisdictions.Role Summary:The Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting the integration between our core platform and our central back office Charge Point management System Ocean. You will also play a key role in evaluating and optimising Charge Point Management Systems (CPMS) and various e-mobility SaaS solutions to enhance operational insight, scalability, and user experience.Key Responsibilities:System Integration & ManagementLead the migration of chargers and customers from acquired businesses to Ocean, ensuring seamless data flow and system compatibility.Map and align data structures between systems; troubleshoot interface issues and resolve integration errors.Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define system specifications and testing requirements.Platform Support & OptimisationAct as the subject matter expert (SME) for Swarko, Ocean, and associated e-mobility SaaS tools.Monitor and maintain system performance; ensure uptime, reliability, and user satisfaction.Recommend and implement enhancements to CPMS and backend platforms.Business Insight & ReportingProvide data-driven insights across e-mobility platforms to support strategic decision-making.Develop dashboards and reports on usage trends, efficiency metrics, and system performance.Liaise with Finance, Operations, Sales and Technical teams to translate business needs into system capabilities.Project Management & CollaborationManage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications for all integration and software-related projects.Collaborate with external SaaS providers, developers, and internal IT to coordinate releases, patches, and upgrades.Contribute to business continuity planning and risk mitigation strategies related to software operations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.3–5 years of experience in a Systems Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or Software Integration role.Experience with e-mobility platforms, CPMS, or energy/EV sector software is highly desirable.Hands-on experience with Ocean, or back office systems in finance, utilities or energy sector platforms is a major plus.Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data integration tools.Proficient in SQL, data mapping, and working with RESTful APIs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management.What We OfferCompetitive salary and executive bonus package – €50 – 60KBonusPensionHealthcare
