Job Title: Project Manager - Mixed Location: Dublin Salary: Competitive, DOE We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager for an established and highly regarded Irish construction company with a healthy pipeline of work across Leinster. With a diverse portfolio spanning education, residential, commercial, healthcare, heritage restoration, public infrastructure, and landmark developments, this role offers the opportunity to lead projects of varying scale and complexity from pre-construction through to successful completion. Key Responsibilities: Lead project teams from mobilisation through to completion and handover. Develop and implement project execution plans, programmes, and delivery strategies Manage all aspects of construction delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate site activities and oversee subcontractor performance to achieve programme milestones. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures to maintain delivery targets. Chair project meetings and provide regular reporting on programme, cost, quality, and safety performance. Ensure all works comply with statutory regulations, planning conditions, building control requirements, and company procedures. Manage design coordination activities and ensure timely delivery of construction information Candidate Requirements: Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline or established trade route. Minimum 510 years' experience in a Project Management role within the construction sector. Proven track record delivering construction projects across sectors such as education, residential, commercial, healthcare, public works, or heritage projects. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract administration, programme management, and project controls. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating complex stakeholder environments. Excellent commercial awareness and problem-solving ability. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Thorough knowledge of Irish building regulations, health & safety legislation, and construction best practice.
