The Role
As Group HR Manager, you'll be a key strategic partner across our Nursing Home network, supporting Directors of Nursing and management teams on all HR matters. You'll play a leading role in organisational development, employee relations, recruitment, and leadership development. This is a varied and people-centric role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with stakeholders on organisational design and change management
* Provide daily HR support and guidance to managers and staff
* Support recruitment strategies and onboarding programmes
* Lead performance management processes and identify training needs
* Oversee absence management and employee wellbeing initiatives
* Mentor and develop our HR team
What You'll Need:
* Primary degree in HR (CIPD membership an advantage)
* 3-5+ years' HR experience
* Evidence of ongoing CPD
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
* Experience in change management and ER case handling
* Strong IT and admin skills; familiarity with HR systems (Office & AI tools an advantage)
* Full, clean driving licence (some travel required)
* Understanding of the Irish healthcare landscape is a bonus
