 
        
        Programme Facilitator Role
This role is focused on facilitating programmes and supporting independence in community settings. We aim to provide an inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, dignity, and quality.
 * The facilitator will be responsible for working with service users to identify goals and required supports. They will maintain accurate records and ensure that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
 * To develop and deliver person-centred programmes that meet the needs of service users. This includes collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
We require a full driving license, minimum QQI Level 5 in Social Care or equivalent, and willingness to attend relevant training courses. A third-level graduate in Health & Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Additional qualifications in Autism or Challenging Behaviour support are also welcomed.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. To facilitate activities and programmes for service users, promoting their independence and community integration.
 2. Collaborate with key workers and other team members to ensure effective communication and delivery of services.
 3. Perform daily duties such as health and safety checks, making telephone calls, updating records, canteen and general supervision, and any other reasonable duties deemed appropriate by the Programme Supervisor / Services Manager.
 4. Maintain accurate records of service user interactions, including progress reports and evaluation summaries.

Requirements:
 * Full driving licence
