Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Programme Risk Management (PRM) team as a programme assurance specialist. The successful candidate will have approximately 10+ years' experience in a management consulting or similar advisory role, with a strong background in ERP/Technology project management and programme assurance.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile programmes, providing assurance and risk management services to clients across various sectors. As a programme assurance specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks throughout the programme lifecycle. You will develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans to minimize potential impacts on the programme's success.
Key Responsibilities
* Building valued relationships with external clients
* Acting as a subject matter resource, leveraging your knowledge and experience to shape services for clients
* Providing oversight and governance for ERP and technology projects, ensuring that they adhere to the organisation's project management framework and methodologies
* Identifying, assessing, and managing risks throughout the programme lifecycle
* Developing and implementing risk mitigation and contingency plans to minimize potential impacts on the programme's success
* Establishing quality assurance processes and standards to ensure that program deliverables meet the required specifications and are fit for their intended purpose
* Communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, including executive leadership, project sponsors, functional leads, and end-users, to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
Requirements
* Approximately 10+ years' experience in a management consulting or similar advisory role
* 15+ years of ERP/Technology Project Management and Programme Assurance
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record in managing complex stakeholder programmes
* Good understanding of ERP/Technology project management principles
