You'll work on commercial and industrial sites across Dublin and occasionally nationwide — helping us deliver safe, high-quality cleaning services that clients trust.This is a hands-on, full-time role suited to people who take pride in their work and want to build a long-term career in a professional, growing company.What You'll DoCarry out industrial and commercial window cleaning at various sites (including low-rise, high-rise, and rope access work).Operate water-fed pole systems, cherry pickers (MEWPs), pressure washers, and traditional tools.Work both independently and as part of a team to meet high safety and quality standards.Maintain professional communication and represent Agua-Clean positively on site.Travel between sites in Dublin and occasionally around Ireland.What We're Looking ForFull-time availability with flexibility for early starts, some weekends, or occasional overtime.A reliable, hardworking attitude with good attention to detail and teamwork.Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification (training can be provided).Valid B driving licence (required for company vehicle option).For non-EEA applicants: a valid full-time work visa is required.What We OfferPay: €33,600–€38,250 per year (€131–€150/day), depending on experienceBonuses:MEWP Operation Allowance – up to €100 per week.Monthly Performance & Attendance Bonus.Benefits:Regular overtime opportunities.Full training provided – no experience necessary.Progression to Rope Access Technician and supervisory roles.Company vehicle option for eligible team members.Bike to Work Scheme, Sick Pay, and Employee Assistance Programme.Clear career pathway from Trainee to Team Lead and beyond.Join a Team That Values Hard Work and Pride in the JobAt Agua-Clean, we believe physical work builds skill, confidence, and self-respect.
