Head of Commercial Effectiveness12 Month Contract
Force Executive is proud to be supporting our client in the search for a Head of Commercial Commercial Effectiveness. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving commercial performance and market competitiveness through data-driven insights, strategic direction, and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team, build commercial capability across the business, and work closely with senior stakeholders at local, regional, and global level.
Responsibilities
Define and deliver commercial strategies informed by analytics and insights
Lead performance management, including sales tracking, benchmarking, and KPI reporting
Introduce and embed best-in-class business analytics practices
Drive launch readiness to ensure successful product and brand roll-outs
Strengthen commercial teams’ capability in market insights and decision-making
Lead performance reviews, planning cycles, and incentive schemes
Manage complex, high-impact projects across commercial effectiveness
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong background in business analytics
Proven track record in defining and implementing commercial strategies
Experience leading within commercial effectiveness, strategy, or operations
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to manage compliance and operational efficiency
Experience delivering high-complexity projects
Desirable
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
Leadership of diverse teams across functions
