The Supply Chain Specialist supports day-to-day supply chain operations, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure efficient inventory management, continuity of supply, and operational performance. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, the role also supports planning, compliance, vendor management, and continuous improvement activities. Key Responsibilities Optimise inventory levels while maintaining customer service targets Manage and support new product introductions Resolve supply and operational issues efficiently Monitor and improve supplier performance Ensure compliance with transport and customs regulations Support supply chain security and risk mitigation initiatives Contribute to monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities Support supply chain strategy and continuous improvement projects Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures Skills & Experience 5+ years' experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel ERP system experience (SAP preferred) Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders Skills: Planning Supply Chain Power Bi
