Senior Administrator / PA (Full-Time)
Location: Dublin 4 (onsite role)
Salary: €40,000 – €43,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
Are you a highly organised and proactive Administrator looking for your next opportunity in a fast-paced, professional setting? My client is a dynamic trade association based in Dublin 4, representing and supporting it's members across the city of Dublin. As they continue to adapt to the evolving needs of their industry, they seeking a Senior Administrator / PA to join our team and play a key role at the heart of our organisation. In this dual role, you'll be the welcoming face of our front-of-house reception and the go-to support for our CEO and wider team. From managing member queries to coordinating key events and maintaining course operations, this is a varied and rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-focused, detail-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Membership & Front of House
First point of contact for members, visitors and stakeholders
Responding to member queries via phone/email and logging via Salesforce
Distributing member communications via Mailchimp
Coordinating internal meetings, agendas and board documentation
Managing planning/legal notifications and incoming correspondence
Maintaining an organised and professional reception area
Course & Event Coordination
Main point of contact for annual Diploma course participants and employers
Managing bookings, attendance, course logistics and graduation records
Assisting in organising training, seminars and social events
Using Eventbrite for event ticketing and payment processing
PA & Administrative Support
Supporting CEO with diary management, PowerPoint presentations and meeting preparation
Coordinating office supplies and IT/room setup for events
Carrying out various administrative tasks and ad hoc project work
Who We're Looking For:
Professional and Presentable: Confident handling a front-of-house role and welcoming a wide range of visitors.
Proactive and Adaptable: Comfortable juggling tasks, using initiative, and responding quickly to changing priorities.
Member-Focused: A strong communicator who's passionate about providing exceptional service.
Team-Oriented: Willing to support colleagues and pitch in wherever needed.
Tech-Savvy: Strong MS Office skills and experience with Salesforce, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, Surveymonkey, WordPress, and social media tools.
Highly Organised: Attention to detail and time management are key to success in this role.
Location Knowledge: A good understanding of Dublin and its geography is a bonus.
