Job Description:Customer Service RepresentativeSeadec are an established, leading national distributor of Internal Doors and Mouldings based in Ferbane, Co. Offaly since 2004. Our products are sold primarily to builder's providers, specialist door retailers and specialist joineries across the country.We are part of Whiteriver Group Ltd., Ireland's largest distributor of Flooring and Composite Garden products across Ireland.We are currently recruiting for the position of Customer Service Representative. This is a full time, onsite position based in Ferbane, Co. Offaly.Position:We require a customer-centric, energetic team player to join our growing team, based in our offices at Ferbane, Co. Offaly R42 EF23. You must be highly motivated with attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a busy friendly office, where the Customer is priority.What you will do:· Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and be responsible with the team to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.· Develop strong working relationships with our sales team and customers nationwide dealing with queries via calls, e-mails, and occasional in-person.· Support the sales team and customers with prompt processing of orders.· Ably assist customers with any queries around stock, orders, prices, deliveries, etc.· Provide support to other departments where required.What you will bring to the role:· 1-2 years' experience working in a busy office environment, dealing directly with customers over the phone & email.· Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.· Confident and focused and empathetic to deliver exceptional customer experience.· A natural flair for helping others, with professional etiquette in all mediums of communications.· You will be PC literate, experience using SAP Business One and MS Office is preferable, however training will be provided for the right applicant.· You will be eligible to work in Ireland, fluent in oral and written English.Benefits· Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday· Staff discount· Holiday pay (20 days and increases with service)· Career progression· Competitive remuneration package, reflective of experience· Annual Bonus scheme (pending company performance)· Annual reviews· Product and systems training will be provided.To Apply:If you are interested in this role and feel you have the relevant skills please apply with an up-to-date CV by email: Closing date for applications: 28th November 2025Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
