Job Description
Banqueting Chef – 4* Grand Hotel, Malahide
Now under the management of FBD Hotels & Resorts, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Banqueting Chef to join our culinary team in our state-of-the-art kitchen. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of previous Banqueting Chef experience within a 4* or 5* hotel environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting or leading banqueting operations and delivering creative dishes across all food outlets under the guidance of our Head Chef.
- Ensuring compliance with H.A.C.C.P. and other relevant regulations.
- Developing and growing our team of Commi Chefs.
- Assisting the Head Chef with hotel gross profit targets, menu planning, and execution.
- Taking full responsibility for kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chefs.
