Mayo.In this permanent role, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring the efficient delivery of business objectives while maintaining a culture of regulatory excellence and superior customer service.As a leader, you will be responsible for a team of4 to 10 colleagues, motivating them to provide a world-class experience for both new and existing customers.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Supervise and coach branch colleagues, managing performance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Operational Excellence: Coordinate daily activities to optimize branch capacity and ensure all management checks—including cash and register balancing—are completed with diligence.Business Growth: Drive business development, lead generation, and cross-sales activity to support customer acquisition and revenue growth.Compliance & Risk: Proactively manage the risk and control agenda, ensuring all activities are "right first time" and fully compliant with industry standards and regulations.Customer Engagement: Promote an omni-channel model and customer segmentation strategy to meet evolving client needs and enhance the overall customer journey.RequirementsQualifications: Full QFA with up-to-date CPD hours is essential.
