Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Limerick.

UniJobs is a shared service provider of temporary recruitment solutions to the Public Sector. As a subsidiary of the University of Limerick, we offer services to public bodies nationwide from our head office in Limerick and satellite offices in Dublin, Laois, and Galway.

Your Role

This full-time position will last for 12 months with a salary of €28,000 per annum. You will provide administrative support to our recruitment team, guiding customers through the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.

You will also maintain candidate and recruitment information, liaise with various stakeholders, assist with marketing activities, and arrange interviews for large-scale recruitment drives.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative assistance to the recruitment team
* Provision of end-to-end administrative support and guidance to customers throughout the recruitment and selection process
* Update and maintain candidate and recruitment information
* Liaise with a variety of stakeholders of the organisation
* Assist with marketing related activities
* Arrange interviews for large scale recruitment drives


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A third level qualification and/or relevant experience
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills
* Experience working in a customer service role
* Experience working in recruitment (desirable but not essential)
* Excellent time management skills with experience of working to deadlines in a busy office environment
* An ability to multi-task, being able to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent IT skills in particular MS Office suite with the ability to learn how to use new systems effectively
* An ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality dealing with candidate information and documentation
