Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Homecare Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing initial homecare assessments and care plans with service users. They will report to the Senior Homecare Supervisor and attend weekly meetings with the wider Clinical Team to ensure that service levels are consistent and maintained to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have a Full QQI Level 5 award in Healthcare Support and previous experience in a similar role. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and manage their own time, strong written and oral communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.

In this role, you will be working as part of a regional team and travelling throughout the region. You will be required to visit clients during the period of their service provision, reviewing updates and delivery of service. You will also be responsible for monitoring client satisfaction and preparing for and participating in HSE and internal audits.
