Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordination Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the project management group, you will be responsible for coordinating the setting out of projects with emphasis on the co-ordination of architectural and engineering information.
This includes co-ordinating utilities and services from and between mechanical and electrical engineers and various utility providers.
You will work closely with the site team to prepare and maintain schedules of information requirements in accordance with contract programmes.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for co-ordinating and managing technical submittal processes for all elements/components required to construct projects.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 10 years' industry experience working as a Design Manager on Commercial/Resi and/or Data Centre, Industrial Projects.
Rlevant third level qualifications (Engineering or Architectural) and previous Main Contractor experience are desirable.
