As a Part-Time Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, leading the team, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

* Piercing Excellence: Join the ranks of our piercing experts through comprehensive training. Conduct piercings, educate customers on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions and concerns throughout the process.
* Keep It Fresh: Maintain an Insta-worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts that make browsing fun and effortless.
* Team Collaboration: Support your Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive, high-energy vibe that customers (and coworkers) love.
* Brand Representation: Showcase products and services. Stay plugged into the latest fashion and social media trends to help customers find their perfect style. Use knowledge to suggest products and boost sales.
* Store Operations: Keep the heartbeat of the store strong by overseeing operations with efficiency and flair. Manage inventory, handle cash transactions, visual merchandising, and coordinate promotional activities.
About You
* Sales-Obsessed Energy: Love making sales, hitting goals, and turning browsers into buyers.

* Customer-First Mentality: Get people and make them feel confident and empowered.
* Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
