CPL Recruitment are looking for a HR Officer with for a 12 month temporary contract with a healthcare organisation, in south Dublin city centre, working fully onsite.
The role will primarily support payroll amendments, assisting with sick leave reports, arranging training and participating in interviews.
Responsibilities Required:·Compile payroll returns·Record sick leave certs and compile sick leave report for payroll on a monthly basis.
·To assist with regular monitoring of sick leave.
·To assist in the Recruitment process by managing all correspondence·Support Line Managers in the operation and the development of the HR System·Liaise with Payroll Department to ensure accuracy.
·Manage HR inbox on a daily basisExperience Required: ·2 years' experience in a similar HR position·HR Degree/ CIPD Qualification·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ·Public sector/healthcare experience, highly desirable·HRIS experienceFor further information please contact Maryclaire Booth - or
