Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Dublin for a Bar Manager. The Bar Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and maintaining high levels of customer service. Responsibilities will also include inventory management, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, organizing staff training, and driving sales through promotional activities. The role demands a proactive approach to managing customer satisfaction and efficient coordination with the food and beverage teams.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Customer Service and excellent Communication skills
* Experience in Food & Beverage operations and knowledge of related industry standards
* Proven ability in Training and managing staff effectively
* Strong Sales skills and experience in achieving sales targets and implementing promotions
* Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
* Knowledge of health and safety compliance standards in hospitality
* A passion for excellence in service and maintaining high-quality operations
* Prior experience in a management role within the hospitality industry is preferred
