Job Title: Junior Parts Advisor The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers and the workshop, by accurately identifying customer needs, providing product solutions, and processing orders in a timely manner. About The Role 1. Assist all customers (retail and work shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. 2. Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line. 3. Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information. 4. Review body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate. 5. Provide high level of service to internal and external customers. Pulls and fills orders from stock. Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention. Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source. Submit emergency order if necessary. Notifies service advisor when special ordered part has been received. class=
