About the Role
This position provides technical support for automation equipment, troubleshooting and maintenance.
* Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to optimize automated equipment sets for maximum yield and efficiency.
* Troubleshoot equipment to ensure high uptime and productivity.
* Participate in cross-functional projects to develop processing requirements and recommendations.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of a NRQ Level 6 degree or higher qualification in Mechanical, Polymer, Biomedical or related Engineering/Science discipline.
* Broad knowledge of manufacturing processes, techniques and practices gained through extensive experience and/or education.
* Experience in executing validations, developing processing parameters and executing trials.
* Ability to train and mentor Technical Ops and share process knowledge and product requirements.
* Flexibility to work outside of normal shifts and weekends as required.
