Our client is a leading provider of construction and specialised fit-out construction services working across Ireland and the UK. They are now seeking to recruit a Site Manager on a large medical centre Fit-Out project in the Clare region. Experience of working on Fit-Out projects within the medical centre / hospital / pharma / data centre / industrial projects would be an important advantage to have. Your new role For this role, you would be a highly professional and experienced Fit-Out Site Manager, overseeing the successful delivery of medical centre fit-out and refurbishment projects. Ideally, you will be capable of managing site operations end-to-end, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all requirements, and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders-including clients, design teams, and internal contract manager. Manage day-to-day site operations for fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring all trades operate efficiently and to specification. Liaise professionally with clients, design teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress and prompt resolution of issues. Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates to the contract manager Ensure quality control, compliance with statutory regulations, and adherence to BCaR processes where required. Implement and maintain health and safety standards across the site. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Site Manager within the fit-out or construction sector. Strong knowledge of fit-out processes and subcontractor management (ideally within the medical/hospital sector or similar). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to make decisions in fast-paced environments.
