We are hiring an experienced Machine Operator/General Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient and reliable production.
Applicants must have at least one year of experience working on a factory line or with heavy machinery.
What You'll Do
* Set up machines at the start of each production cycle (calibration, cleaning, preparation)
* Adjust machine settings such as speed and alignment
* Load raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines
* Test machine operation throughout the shift
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
* Inspect output for defects or machine errors
* Keep accurate records of production, including approved and defective units
* Complete daily cleaning of machinery and machine cells
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment (required)
* Understanding of basic production and machine operation procedures
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Ability to follow health & safety guidelines (including use of PPE)
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
