About this Role:

You will play a key role in ensuring seamless operational delivery starting with a focus on event planning.

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same.

You'll be central to keeping things moving smoothly from managing inventory and ensuring compliance to liaising with external suppliers and maintaining accurate data systems.

This is a fixed-term contract initially and the role could go places for the right candidate.

Based in Dublin 22 our client offers work-from-home options, flexible hours, half day on Fridays and a great team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to operations teams scheduling meetings, producing reports, maintaining records and ensuring smooth workflows.
* Assist in the operational planning and on-the-ground delivery of events supporting logistics, set-up and coordination efforts.
* Help implement and refine key operational procedures to drive efficiency and consistency.
* Maintain up-to-date records and databases ensuring data integrity across all operational platforms.
* Act as a central point of contact for internal departments, suppliers and partners ensuring effective and timely communication.
* Track and manage inventory levels, place orders and coordinate logistics to support both day-to-day operations and event delivery.
* Ensure all activities are compliant with company policies and relevant regulations.


Requirements:

* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
* Team player who is also confident working independently.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Sharp attention to detail and ability to produce clear reports, procedures and documentation.
* Flexibility to work shift patterns and travel to events as needed.
