Job Description:You'll be the go-to person for HR data administration, onboarding coordination, employee support, and seamless monthly payroll reporting across multiple regions.
Alongside operational excellence, there's also scope to contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR OperationsMaintain and update employee records across HR systems with high levels of accuracyCoordinate onboarding logistics including bi-weekly inductions, invitations, hospitality, and presentationsLiaise with internal teams on new joiner updates and contract detailsManage visa applications and renewals for current employees on secondment or relocationRespond to general HR queries via internal helpdesk channelsDraft HR documentation including role updates, contractual amendments, and confirmationsMonitor and maintain trackers for employee movements, compensation updates, and compliance documentsHandle employment verification requests, salary certs, and employer referencesAct as a liaison with external benefit providers and resolve queries (e.g., transport schemes, health & wellness initiatives)Support broader HR initiatives including wellbeing and social engagement activitiesPayroll AdministrationPrepare structured, accurate payroll reports for multiple international payrolls on a monthly basisManage payroll data flows and deadlines in coordination with financeEnsure payroll compliance, data protection, and confidentiality standards are metInvestigate and resolve payroll queries or escalate as appropriateContinuously review systems to enhance integration between HR, Payroll, and FinanceMaintain and update payroll procedures as requiredWhat You'll BringKeen eye for detail and a methodical approach to administrative tasksProven experience supporting or coordinating payroll processesAbility and flexibility to travel within Europe when neededCollaborative team spirit and strong interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and customer service orientationStrong organisational and time-management skillsPrior experience using HRIS or similar HR softwareAt Wallace Myers International Recruitment Agency, we specialise in sourcing professionals for key industries and services.
