Masonry Fixings are a leading supplier of technical products to the construction industry. Our well-established business operates in a niche market and will provide a unique opportunity to work with key international brands in the construction industry by providing specialist technical support on our brands and their usage.The position of Customer Service Representative is suited to someone with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and resolve queries quickly and efficiently. This is an interesting role with ability to assist both internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, mannerly, and proficient in all Microsoft programmes.Reporting Manager:Technical Sales Manager*Customer Service*:Process all inbound & outbound calls efficientlyProvide customer support to both internal & external customersBuild & process orders on the internal system in line with agreed KPIsAdopt a suggestive selling approach to add value to all ordersUpdate all customers on backorder status & delivery datesProvide sales quotations where required to internal & external customersResolve customer queries, complaints or issues promptlyProvide Trade Counter assistance as requiredLiaise with the sales team to discuss potential sales leads and provide details for sameMaintain and develop customer loyalty and supportComplete ad hoc administrative duties as required by managementUndertake continuous training and development*Key Attributes & Skills Required:*Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.Flexible, adaptable and enthusiastic individual with the will to succeedAbility to take ownership and resolve issuesProfessional and customer focused individualExcellent Interpersonal skillsNavision skills desirable but not essentialProficient in Microsoft Office*Benefits:*Excellent working hours (early finish Friday)Bike to Work SchemeHybrid Working OptionsOn Site GymNew Canteen FacilitiesEducational AssistanceStaff Purchase Scheme20 days annual leave plus service daysPension / PHIOther benefits outlined on successful application*Benefits:*Work From Home
