About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support for client-facing teams with minimal supervision. They will receive and resolve user tickets through electronic systems, documenting all actions taken and communicating effectively with the user community.

* Install and configure company-standard applications
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Teamwork skills with experience in supporting Microsoft Office 365, Windows Operating Systems, VPN client software (Citrix), and Desktop tools (Bomgar)
* A+ Certification or equivalent required
* Minimum 12 months of desktop support experience
