Qualifications
What You'll BringPassion for health, fitness and helping others feel their bestMinimum 1 year's management experience in the fitness industryStrong leadership qualities with the ability to adapt your styleCommercial awareness and the ability to drive results through peopleExceptional interpersonal skills and a member-first mindsetPositivity, resilience, and a fearless attitude to problem-solvingFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and Bank HolidaysLevel 2 Fitness Qualification (desirable)Experience supporting or delivering new site openings (desirable)
