We have an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Supervisor is to enhance & manage day to day lounge/restaurant operations, ensuring everything is in place for first class food & beverage service across the hotel lounge and bar areas - specifically Afternoon Tea servie which is in high demand This is a Daytime Operations role - normally shifts between 10am - 6.30pm - includes weekends (5 shifts/40 hrs) This includes: Staff supervision: Delivering a high standard of Lounge/Afternoon Tea and F&B service to guests and patrons of the hotel Ensuring products and dishes are presentable and delivered to a high standard Efficient organisation of time and service - ensuring all preparations are in order and bookings are supervised Checking the opening and closing of Lounge/Foyer service is done correctly, ensuring SOPs and cleaning procedures are in place and adhered to Allocation of tasks and srvice to a very high standard Supporting Duty Management in all aspects of F&B Service and Delivery Liaising with Event Management to support as required Customer Service: Remaining positive at all times throughout shift, leading and setting a positive example for the team Engaging with customers in a friendly engaging manner with particular attention to meeting and greet guests, patrons and clients etc. Dealing with any issues customers have and resolving issues that may arise in an efficient and professional manner Skills: Lounge Service Afternoon Teas Supervision Food & Beverage Guest service
