This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, ensuring successful implementation of our solutions, and driving client satisfaction and retention.We aim for the CP to become a trusted advisor, recognised as an expert in leveraging Bright's products and services to deliver maximum value, providing an opportunity to further grow the account revenue and minimise churn.Key ResponsibilitiesDutiesThe CP will manage a defined "book of business," focused on named key accounts. They will be responsible for the overall account growth and minimising churn, as defined through a set of client-based KPIs.
