Responsibilities:
* Stock the Final Inspection Cells with packaging materials as required.
* Collect Finished Goods from the production floor, label, and store Finished Goods in the packing area while they await shipment.
* Run shipping reports to see upcoming shipments, plan accordingly, and prepare postal tubes in advance. Communicate directly with Group Leads regarding any shipment changes.
* Ensure that Packing Logs accompany the products for shipment, and verify that the final quantities on SAP and packing logs match the physical inventory in the packing area.
* Pack products ready for shipment, coordinating with Quality and Shipping teams to ensure correct documentation is included.
* Ensure all packages/pallets are labelled correctly with customer addresses and quantities.
* Deliver packed products to the shipping area on time for courier collection.
* Demonstrate commitment to Environmental, Health, and Safety standards, and promote continuous improvements in the Stores area, ensuring all team members adhere to standards.
* Promote a culture of Customer-focused excellence regarding Quality.
* Be flexible and undertake other duties as assigned by management, with prior agreement.
Qualifications:
* Experience in the moulding area is essential.
* Working knowledge of all operating areas within the respective area/cell.
* Effective communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail.
* Good time management and ability to follow production schedules.
