We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager join our Client on an exciting new project in Limerick to oversee projects from planning through completion.
You'll manage budgets, schedules, teams, and subcontractors, coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential. Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Requirements
* Proven experience in construction, project engineering, or project management.
* Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
* Strong track record in completing projects on time and within budget.
* Experience managing design, scheduling, and budget issues successfully.
* Knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
* Proficiency in project management software and setting out equipment.
* Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as primary client contact and lead project communications.
* Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
* Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
* Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve issues promptly.
* Hire and manage contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
* Optimise resource allocation and implement cost-control measures.
* Produce project programs and ensure targets are met.
* Review and approve invoices and manage project budgets.
* Foster effective teamwork and maintain regular meetings for project updates.
